Article 40 to add 1) with Item 9 of the following content:
"9. The state supervision body approves methodical recommendations about development and implementation of regional and municipal programs for consumer protection.";
2) in Article 42.1:
a) shall be replaced with words the word "Highest" "1. The highest";
b) add with Item 2 following of content:
"2. For the purpose of assistance to consumer protection executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation develop regional programs for consumer protection and render assistance to local government bodies and public associations of consumers (their associations, the unions) in implementation of consumer protection by them.";
To add 3) with Article 42.3 of the following content:
"Article 42.3. Giving and consideration of addresses of consumers
1. The appeal of the consumer can be sent in writing on paper or electronically to state supervision body, other authorized federal executive bodies, executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation or local government body.
