Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 256-FZ "About additional measures of the state support of the families having children" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 19; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; No. 52, Art. 6243; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4210; 2011, No. 1, Art. 52; No. 27, Art. 3880; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2886; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3377; No. 30, Art. 4217; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1424; No. 21, Art. 2983; No. 48, Art. 6714; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4235; 2017, No. 1, Art. 11; 2018, No. 1, Art. 16) following changes:

1) in part 7 of Article 7 of the word "in time, specified regarding the 4th article 6 of this Federal Law" shall be replaced with words "after transfer by it in full means of the maternity (family) capital in a month";

2) in Article 8:

a) add with part 1.3 following of content:

"1.3. The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities send inquiry, including with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction, to local government bodies, bodies of the state housing supervision, bodies of municipal housing control for absence or for availability concerning premises which acquisition according to the statement for the order is planned with use of means (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital, information on recognition of these premises unsuitable for accommodation and (or) about recognition of the apartment house in which there are these premises, to the emergency and subject demolitions or reconstruction.";

b) add part 2 with Item 8 of the following content:

"8) availability of information on recognition of premises unsuitable for accommodation and (or) about recognition of the apartment house in which there are premises, to the emergency and subject demolitions or reconstruction.";
