About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the population against tuberculosis"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the population against tuberculosis" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 315) the following changes:
1) in Article 1:

2) in Article 2:
a) regarding 1 word "and other regulatory legal acts" shall be replaced with words ", the legislation in the field of health care and the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic";
b) regarding 2 words "local government bodies within the delegated state powers," to exclude;
c) state part 3 in the following edition:
"To the foreign citizens asking for planned medical care in the antitubercular organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic, inspection and treatment are carried out according to the legislation in the field of protection of public health and the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.";
