Based on Item and) parts (8) articles XXI of the Law No. 153/2017 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, 301-315, Art. 523), parts (2) articles CCLXXVIII of the Law No. 79/2018 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, 195-209, Art. 338) and article 3 of the Resolution of Parliament No. 189/2017 about approval of the list of the ministries (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, 265-273, Art. 444) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 404/1994 about approval of Basic provisions on recultivation of lands (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 7, of the Art. 61) to make the following changes:

"Department on environmental protection and Head department of land management and land reform of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of the resolution of the word "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment";

2) in Basic provisions:

in Item 9 of the word "Department on environmental protection and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment";

in Item 16 of the word of "Department on environmental protection" shall be replaced with words "Inspectorates for environmental protection";

3) in appendix No. 2 to Basic provisions:

shall be replaced with words the words "Chief of Head Department of Land Management and Land Reform of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" "The Minister of Agriculture, regional development and the environment";

2. In all text of the Order of the Government No. 705/1995 about procedure for prikhodovaniye, commissioning, write-off and stubbing of long-term plantings (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 73, of the Art. 600) and appendices of the word to it "Ministry of Agriculture and Food" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" in the corresponding case.

3. In the Order of the Government No. 106/1996 about measures for ensuring safety of the woods, protective strips and other afforestations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 32-33, 222) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

in Item 1 "To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities, the Ministry of Defence, national association on forestry to "Moldsilva", district executive committees and primeriya of municipiums" to replace the text with the text "To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment, to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, the Ministry of Defence, the Moldsilva Agency, bodies of local public authority of the second level";

in Item 6 to "Department of environmental protection, National association on forestry of "Moldsilva"" to replace the text with the text "To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment, to the Moldsilva Agency;

2) in appendix No. 1, in the name and in all text of appendix No. 2 to the resolution of the word "National association on forestry of "Moldsilva" and "combining "Moldsilva"" in any case shall be replaced with words "the Moldsilva Agency in the corresponding case.

4. In the Order of the Government No. 878/1999 about creation of the Joint division on implementation and supervision of the projects in the field of agricultural industry financed by the World Bank (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 109-111, 946) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

in Item 1 of the word to "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words to "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure", and words "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Agriculture, regional development and the environment";

to exclude the subitem 1 of Item 2;

declare Item 2/1 invalid;

Appendix No. 1 to declare 2) invalid;

Items 15 and 27 of appendix No. 2 to state 3) in the following edition:

"15. Activities of Division are controlled by the Supervisory board created by the order of the Minister of Agriculture, regional development and the environment as a part of 7 members from whom two representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment, one representative of the Ministry of Finance, one representative of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, one representative of National Bank of Moldova, one representative of the State office and one representative of profile association of agricultural producers.";

"27. For the purpose of implementation of the Division projects will give technical and trust support, according to Item 28 of these Regulations, the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment performing functions of the agency on implementation of the "Competitiveness of Agricultural Industry of Moldova" project (MAC-P) and the "Urgent Support to Agricultural Industry of Moldova" project (further - implementation agencies)."

5. In the Order of the Government No. 414/2000 about approval of the Regulations on the Inventory of objects and complexes of fund of the natural territories protected by the state (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 54-56, 496) to make the following changes:

To "The ministry of the environment and improvement of the territory" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word "To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment",

2) in the Provision:

in Item 5 "National Institute of Ecology (INECO)" shall be replaced with words the text "Institute of Ecology and geography";

in the subitem b) Item 6 to replace the word of "county" in both cases with the word of "area".

6. In appendices No. 1 - 4 to the Order of the Government No. 782/2000 about approval of the Standard regulations on national parks, Standard regulations on nature sanctuaries, Standard regulations on the resource reserve and Standard regulations on the biospheric reserve (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 102-105, 879) to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

recognize Items 21 and 23 invalid; in Item 22 the text "the state inspectors," to exclude.

2) in Item 11 of appendix No. 2 of the word "The state ecological inspection" shall be replaced with words "Inspectorate for environmental protection";

3) in Item 12 of appendix No. 3 of the word "State Ecological Inspectorate" shall be replaced with words "Inspectorate for environmental protection";

4) in appendix No. 4:

declare Item 35 invalid;

in Item 36 the text "the state inspectors," to exclude.

7. In appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 785/2000 about approval of the Standard regulations on dendrology gardens, Standard regulations on zoos, Standard regulations on scientific reserves (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 102 - 105, the Art. 882) to make the following changes:

The word "inspection" to replace 1) in Item 15 with the word "service", and the text "and has the rights of the State ecological inspection and Lesnoy" to exclude inspections;

The word "inspection" to replace 2) in Item 16 with the word "service", and the text "the state inspectors," to exclude;

Item 17 to declare 3) invalid.

8. In the Order of the Government No. 980/2000 about creation of the Consolidating management on implementation of programs of the International fund of agricultural development on the basis of the agreements on borrowing signed between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the International fund of agricultural development (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 124-126, 1084) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

in all text of the word "Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and environmental protection" in the corresponding case;

declare item 4 invalid;

2) in appendix No. 1:
