About change of Resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus concerning assessment of credit risk

Based on paragraphs of the twenty sixth, twenty seventh, thirty eighth of Article 26, of paragraphs two and the seventh 34, of the paragraph of the fourth Article parts fifteen 35, Article parts one 39, of parts of first or third Article 111, of Articles 112, 113 and 119 Bank codes of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Article parts four

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2006 No. 137 "About approval of the Instruction about standard rates of safe functioning for banks, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company and the non-bank credit and financial organizations":

in Item 1 of the word "the enclosed Instruction" and "organizations" to replace respectively with words "Instruction" and "the organizations it (is applied)";

in Item 2:

word in paragraph one "the groups "B" shall be replaced with words "the groups "C";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "from A1" "from Vaa1";

2.29-3. international banks of development of the group "C" - international banks of development, except for listed in subitem 2.4 of this Item, having following ratings:

"Moody" s Investors Service" - long-term rating from Baa1 to Baa3;

"Fitch" - long-term rating from BBB+ to BBB-;

S "Standard & Poor"" - long-term rating from BBB+ to BBB-;

the international banks of development which do not have rating;

2.29-4. international banks of development of the group "D" - international banks of development, except for listed in subitem 2.4 of this Item, having following ratings:

"Moody" s Investors Service" - long-term rating from Ba1 to B3;

"Fitch" - long-term rating from BB+ to B-;

S "Standard & Poor"" - long-term rating from BB+ to B-;

2.29-5. international banks of development of the group "E" - international banks of development, except for listed in subitem 2.4 of this Item, having following ratings:

"Moody" s Investors Service" - long-term rating is lower than B3;

"Fitch" - long-term rating is lower than B-;

S "Standard & Poor"" - long-term rating is lower than B-;";

in subitem 2.31:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "to Baa3" "to A3";

in paragraphs three and the fourth shall be replaced with words the words "to BBB-" "to A-";

the fifth to exclude the paragraph;

add Item with subitem 2.31-1 of the following content:
