About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

Changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

1. State subitem 20 in the following edition:

"Develops 20) and makes suggestions for improvement of legal regulation of questions of cooperation with foreign Ukrainians, providing the rights of foreign Ukrainians, creating favorable conditions and opportunities for satisfaction of their social, cultural and educational, language, information and other needs;".

2. Add Item with subitems 20-1 - 20-5 following contents:

"20-1) coordinates the events held by the central executive bodies concerning ensuring cooperation with foreign Ukrainians;

20-2) provides to public organizations (departments) of foreign Ukrainians organizational, methodical, technical and other assistance in their activities;

20-3) takes part in work of the mixed intergovernmental commissions on questions of ethnic minorities;

20-4) provides implementation of actions which are financed by means of the government budget, on ensuring support of bonds with Ukrainians who live outside Ukraine;

20-5) provides functioning of the National commission on questions of foreign Ukrainians;".
