Article 15 to add 1) with Item 5.1 of the following content:
"5.1. To the judge who became during implementation of the powers by the disabled person owing to the reasons which are not connected with office activities, before acquisition of right of the right to the monthly perpetual maintenance by it, retired or removed in connection with inability for health reasons to perform powers of the judge, pays at its choice monthly monetary pay on disability or disability pension in accordance with general practice.
Monthly monetary pay on disability of the specified category of judges is estimated in proportion to the number of the complete years fulfilled in judgeship and established in the following size:
to disabled people of I and II groups - 3 percent of the monthly monetary reward working on the corresponding judgeship for each complete fulfilled year;
to disabled people of III group - 2 percent of the monthly monetary reward working on the corresponding judgeship for each complete fulfilled year.
