About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Make changes in:

1) the Regulations on structure of the foreign exchange market of Ukraine, condition and procedure for foreign exchange trade and bank metals in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 1:

in the first offer of the subitem 18 of Item 2 of the Section I of the word "acquisitions and sales" shall be replaced with words "purchase, sales, exchange";

third the subitem 8 of Item 10 of the Section III to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"with other banks, clients of bank (including international financial institutions) - with foreign currency and bank metals;";
