1. Recognize as No. No. 49 and 34 which voided the resolution of the Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 5, 2008 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for realization of sugar at the exchange biddings" (рег. No. 1811 of May 19, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 20-21, 186).
2. This resolution is approved with the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition, JSC Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Exchange and JSC Horazm shakar.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
