About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985
In pursuance of subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of article 78 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2018 "About regulatory legal acts" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 130-Z
1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985, the following changes:
to state subitem 5.9 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"5.9. within the competence adopts regulatory legal acts in the form of resolutions;";
to add Item 7 after the paragraph of the seventh with the paragraph of the following content:
"within the competence issues orders and signs resolutions;".
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2019.
