About modification of some regulatory legal acts of rather external independent estimation
According to part four of Article 47 of the Section V, the paragraph to the seventh the subitem 2 of Item 6 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About education", article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education", to the Procedure for carrying out external independent estimation and monitoring of quality of education approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2004 No. 1095 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 8, 2015 to No. 533), to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2018 No. 952 "About some categories of persons with special educational needs" I ORDER:
1. In the subitem 2 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of March 16, 2015 shall be replaced with words No. 299 "Some questions of joint working bodies for questions of determination of results of the external independent estimation" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 31, 2015 for No. 356/26801, of the word of "educational institutions" "organizations of education".
2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of rather external independent estimation which are attached.
3. To management of preschool and school education (Osmolovsky A. A.) provide submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Hobzey P. K.
