About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2001 No. 1545

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2001 No. 1545, the following changes:
in item 4:
after the paragraph of third to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"determines procedure for maintaining the State register of mass media, the State register of distributors of products of printing mass media, the State register of distributors of products of television and broadcasting mass media and the State register of publishers, manufacturers and distributors of printing editions of the Republic of Belarus, and also structure of the data included in them;";
the twenty fifth after the words "adopts regulatory legal acts" to add the paragraph with the words "in the form of resolutions";
add Item 8 with part of the following content:
"Decisions of board can be implemented by adoption of resolutions of Mininform and (or) the publication of orders of the Minister of information.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2019.
