About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About divisions of civil defense"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of March 31, 2004 ZR-60-N "About divisions of civil defense" (further - the Law):
The word "military" to exclude 1) from part 1;
Part 1 after the word "grown stout" to add 2) with words "employees of rescue service,".
Article 2. To add article 5 of the Law with items 4 and 5 following contents:
"4) participation in territorial defense, including in fight against diversionary and prospecting groups of the opponent in the border territories, defense and protection of the population, piping, bridges and other major objects from effects fighting and use of weapons within their powers;
5) implementation of other powers provided by the Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About legal regime of warlike situation", "About defense", "About civil defense", "About protection of the population in emergency situations", "About divisions of civil defense".".
Article 3. In article 6 of the Law of the word of "the sphere of defense" shall be replaced with words "spheres of civil defense".
Article 4. Regarding the 4th article 8 of the Law:
The words "medical attendance" shall be replaced with words 1) "medical care and servicing";
The words "health organizations" shall be replaced with words 2) "authorized body and other institutions providing medical care and servicing".
Article 5. In article 10 of the Law shall be replaced with words the word "military personnel" "employees of rescue service".
Article 6. In article 11 of the Law:
The word "military personnel" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words 1) "employees of rescue service";
The word "military" to exclude 2) from part 3.
Article 7. In article 14 of the Law:
