The project of preservation or liquidation is developed by the project organization having the license for the corresponding type of activity according to the approved subsoil user (the operator under the contract for subsurface use, the trustee) or person whose right of subsurface use is stopped unconditional, the specification.
4. The project of preservation or liquidation affirms the subsoil user.
The project of preservation or liquidation is approved and (or) passes the examination according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of environmental protection, about subsoil and subsurface use, in the field of industrial safety, in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population, on regulation of land relations.
