Make changes to Item 11 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 14, 2015 No. 15 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 7, Art. 164; 2016, to No. 61, the Art. 2078), having stated subitems 9 and 10 in the following edition:
"9) appoints to position in coordination with the Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food and chairmen of the relevant local state administrations and dismisses heads of territorial authorities of Gosgeokadastr according to the legislation on public service;
10) appoints to position in coordination with the Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food and dismisses deputy managers of territorial authorities of Gosgeokadastr according to the legislation on public service;".
