Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 38, the Art. 1141), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 3:
1) in subitem 2 of the word", in the field of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors," to exclude counteractions to their illicit trafficking;
2) to add Item with subitem 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1) ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the field of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors, counteraction to their illicit trafficking;".
2. To add the subitem 11 of item 4 with paragraphs of the following content:
"submits annually to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the report on results of forming and realization of state policy in the field of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors, counteraction to their illicit trafficking;
establishes the conditions and the reasons leading to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors, will organize implementation of actions for their elimination within the powers;
carries out permanent monitoring of condition of counteraction to crimes in the field of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors, provides collection and generalization of information on sources and ways of receipt to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors;
