About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for planning, carrying out and financing of capital repairs of housing stock

For the purpose of enhancement of the organization and accomplishment of capital repairs of housing stock the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for planning, carrying out and financing of capital repairs of housing stock approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2016 No. 324 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.04.2016, 5/41996), the following changes and amendments:

1.1. in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "or organization of builders" shall be replaced with words ", the organization of builders or the organization, in economic maintaining or operational management of which is the apartment house";

1.2. in Item 7:

second and third to state parts in the following edition:

"The perspective program and (or) the current schedule of capital repairs join apartment houses of the organizations, in economic maintaining or operational management of which they are, apartment houses of partnerships of owners or the organizations of builders with use on their capital repairs of means of local budgets in cases:

if these organizations, copartners of owners or the organization of builders brought in the procedure established by the legislation payment for capital repairs on open for accumulating of the means arriving from the population on capital repairs, the account of the organization performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services, and (or) special accounts of local executive and administrative organ (further if other is not established, - accounts);

introduction by the specified organizations into special accounts of local executive and administrative organ of payment for capital repairs for the period * during which this payment was not transferred by them into accounts, in the amount of, determined according to part four of this Item.
