About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About energy saving and renewable power"

Article 1. Regarding 2 Appendices to the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 No. ZR-122 "About energy saving and renewable power":
The word "within a month" and "this month" to replace 1) respectively "within year" and "this year";
2) in Item 1 of the word "case, stipulated in Item 2" shall be replaced with words "the cases provided by Items 2 and 3";
To add 3) with Item 3 following of content:
"3) in case of the stations making electrical energy using solar and wind power sources - equal to the lowest fare from the applicable fares established by the commission regulating public services of the Republic of Armenia for power plants of industrial scale using source of solar energy if it is lower than 50 percent of the size, stipulated in Item 1 this part.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
