In appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 1992 No. 47 "About approval of samples national and international certificates of the drivers and documents necessary for registration of vehicles" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 3, Art. 57; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 1, Art. 10; 2012, 24, the Art. 910) words" (the name of inspection)" to exclude No., and words and figures of "State agricultural inspection from dense light paper of 105 x 70 in size" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Gosprodpotrebsluzhby from dense light paper of 105 x 140 in size".
2. In Regulations on the procedure for certification of the tractor operator-driver approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 1994 No. 217 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 7, Art. 187; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 28, Art. 938, No. 92, Art. 3115; 2010, No. 74, Art. 2625; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3102; 2014, No. 89, Art. 2552):
Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3. Certification of the tractor operator-driver is made by territorial authorities of Gosprodpotrebsluzhby only to those persons who constantly or temporarily live or study at the territory of area, Kiev.";
