About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
According to Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine, item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of enhancement of program and target method in budget process I ORDER:
1. Make changes to appendix 5 to the Standard form of the decision on the local budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 3, 2018 No. 668, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 21, 2018 for No. 953/32405 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
2. In Item 2 of standard form the Budget request on 20 ___-20 ___ years individual (Form 20 ___-2), Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of July 17, 2015 No. 648, No. 957/27402 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 06, 2015 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 17, 2018 No. 617), the word "corresponding" to replace with the word of "responsible".
3. Item 3 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 26, 2014 No. 836 "About some questions of implementation of program and target method of creation and accomplishment of local budgets", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2014 for No. 1103/25880 (with changes) to exclude.
With respect thereto items 4 - 9 to consider respectively Items 3 - 8.
