About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning creation of conditions for ensuring state policy in coal industry

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 542 with subsequent changes):

 Part one of Article 34 to add 1) with Item 14 of the following content:

"14) availability of the bases, the stipulated in Article 1 Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the state coal-mining companies";

 Article 35 to add 2) with part eight of such content:

"8. In case, stipulated in Item 14 parts one of article 34 of this Law, the contractor stops making of executive actions for action of the circumstances determined by article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the state coal-mining companies".

2. In parts one and the second article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the state coal-mining companies" (2017, No. 22, the Art. 258) words and figures "on January 1, 2019" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also in figures "on January 1, 2022".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
