About recovery of solvency of the state coal-mining companies

Article 1. Temporarily, till January 1, 2025, enforcement proceedings and measures of forced execution of decisions of rather state coal-mining companies which are subject to execution according to the procedure, established by the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" are subject to stop, arrests and prohibitions of property acquisition in such enforcement proceedings, except decisions on salary payment, dismissal wage, other payments (compensations) ought to the worker in connection with employment relationships, compensations of the material (property) damage caused by mutilation, other damage of health or death, collection of the alimony and decisions on debt collection on payment of fees in funds of obligatory national social insurance, debt on payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance are removed.

Proceedings on bankruptcy of the state coal-mining companies till January 1, 2025 year are not initiated. Bankruptcy proceeding of the state coal-mining companies, the entries into force of this Law initiated about one day, are subject to the termination, except cases if liquidation happens according to the decision of the owner.

Article 2. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

develop and approve the program of recovery of solvency of the state coal-mining companies;

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
