About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made.

2. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2) and 3) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. In the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 10, 2015 No. 1061 "About approval of Rules of certification and issue of the air operator certificate of civil aircrafts" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12452, published on December 31, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):

in Rules of certification and issue of the air operator certificate of the civil aircrafts approved by the specified order (further - Rules):

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. For certification of the operator of civil aircrafts collection according to the procedure and the size, determined by the subitem 1) of Item 7 of article 554 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (Tax code) is levied.";

in the Rules of the admission of the operator to aviation works approved by the specified order (further - Rules):

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Aggregate term of consideration of the request for receipt of the admission of the operator to aviation works constitutes 40 (forty) working days from the moment of its giving.";

6, 7 and 8 to state Items in the following edition:

"6. 8. For the next receipt of the admission of the operator to aviation works the operator submits the request with documents according to the above-stated appendices to these rules, at least in 40 (forty) working days prior to the termination of effective period of the certificate.";

For carrying out certified inspection by authorized body the commission (further - the Commission) within 2 (two) working days with inclusion in its list of the state aviation inspectors to whose functions questions of flight operation, the flight validity of aircrafts, aviation safety and on the organization of issue of certificates to aviation personnel and medicine belong is created.

12. The commission within 5 (five) working days performs certified inspection of the applicant on its compliance to the certified requirements imposed to operators with use of the instructive material developed by authorized body for the state aviation inspectors.";
