3, 4 and 5 to state Items in the following edition:
"3. Customs control zones of SEZ "MTsPS "Horgos" are parts of the territory of SEZ "MTsPS "Horgos" intended for making of customs transactions and (or) for use (storage) of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone.
4. In the territory of SEZ "MTsPS "Horgos" are located the following customs control zones:
1) the check-point on the Kazakhstan part of the International center of frontier cooperation of "Horgos" created according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 8, 2012 No. 762 "About creation of check-point in the Kazakhstan part of the International center of frontier cooperation of "Horgos" (further – the check point);
