1. Approve:

1) rules of determination of customs control zones free (special, special) economic zone which limits fully or partially match with sites of customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union being parts of the territory free (special, special) economic zone which limits fully or partially match with sites of customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, intended for making of customs transactions and (or) for use (storage) of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) features of arrangement of the territory free (special, special) economic zone which limits fully or partially match with sites of customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, including requirements for barrier and equipment of such territory system of video surveillance, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) rules of providing the check mode in the territory of free (special, special) economic zone which limits fully or partially match with sites of customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, including access for persons to such territory, according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the list and types of goods which are not subject to the room under customs procedure of free customs zone when importing in free (special, special) economic zone which limits fully or partially match with sites of customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) rules of provision of the reporting in case of completion of customs procedure of free customs zone in cases of consumption of goods according to the agreement on implementation of activities in free (special, special) economic zone, realization by the participant free (special, special) economic zone of goods of the Eurasian Economic Union to physical persons, realization by the participant free (special, special) economic zone of foreign goods to physical persons, except as specified, when realization of such goods is the main business activity of the participant free (special, special) economic zone according to the agreement on implementation of activities in free (special, special) economic zone according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) cases when as customs applicants of the goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone for placement and (or) uses in the territory of free (special, special) economic zone which limits fully or partially match with sites of customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union the legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are not participants free can act (special, special) economic zone which limits fully or partially match with sites of customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (to Tengebayev A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
