Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About holidays and days of remembrance of the Republic of Armenia" (from July 24, 2001, to add with ZR-200) with Article 2.2 of the following content:
"Article 2.2. Day of remembrance of the victims of the riots organized in the Azerbaijani SSR and protection of the rights of the deported Armenian population - is celebrated on February 28.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
