Bring in the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support, No. 1049 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, is provided 2011, to No. 79, by Art. 2917; 2016, No. 23, Art. 919; 2018, No. 46, the Art. 1610), changes which are applied.

1. To state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 12 in the following edition:
"established fact of violation by institute of civil society of requirements of the budget legislation within two previous budget periods using corrective action for such violation (except the prevention).".
2. State Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. The tender committee makes the decision on possibility of the admission of the competitive offer to participation in tender in case:
the institute of civil society did not execute (did not realize) the program (projects, actions) for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support at the expense of budgetary funds in the previous budget period was provided;
