Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for distribution of single social payment, and also payment of the amounts on expense recovery and implementation by the organizations of expenses on pension payment, benefits and other payments approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee and Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 5, 2016 No. 78, 2016-34 and 341-B (рег. No. 2836 of November 3, 2016) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 44, the Art. 516), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to Regulations on procedure for distribution of single social payment, and also payment of the amounts on expense recovery and implementation by the organizations of expenses on pension payment, benefits and other payments

1. In Item 13 of the word "Ministry of Labour" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of employment and employment relationships".

2. In paragraph one of Item 14 and Item 15 of the word of "Ministry of Labour" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of employment and employment relationships".
