Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 "About safety of genetically engineered activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 9, 2/1193; 2008, No. 3, 2/1396; No. 275, 2/1541; 2009, No. 161, 2/1583; 2010, No. 17, 2/1661; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.01. 2014, 2/2128) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"genetically engineered activities - the activities connected with creation of genetically engineered organisms, implementation of works with genetically engineered organisms in the closed systems, their release to the environment for carrying out testing, use in the economic purposes, import to the Republic of Belarus, export from the Republic of Belarus, en route through its territory of genetically engineered organisms, their transportation, storage and neutralization;";
after the paragraph of the seventh to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"the state legal entities are legal entities (the unitary enterprises, organizations, national associations) whose property is in state-owned property and belongs to them on the right of economic maintaining or on the right of operational management;";
the eighth or sixteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the ninth or seventeenth;
after the paragraph of the ninth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
