Part the fourth Article 73 to state 1) in the following edition:
"4. Condemned for crimes, stipulated in Article 126, parts two and third Article 127. 1, Articles 205 - 206, 208 - 211, 275, 277 - 279, 281, parts one, pervoy.1 and third Article 282. 1, parts one, pervoy.1 and third Article 282. 2, Article 317, Article part three 321, part two of Article 360 and article 361 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, condemned for other crimes concerning which there is information on their commitment of terrorism ideology, shriving, promotion or distribution of such ideology by them (in the absence of sufficient data for the solution of question of initiation of legal proceedings) and rendering by them with respect thereto during detention, serving sentence of the corresponding negative impact on another accused (suspects), convicts, the imprisonments condemned in case of especially dangerous recurrence of crimes, condemned to lifelong imprisonment, condemned to serving in prison, convicts to whom capital punishment according to the procedure of pardon is replaced with imprisonment, go for serving sentence to the relevant correctional facilities located in the places determined by federal body of criminal executive system.";
