"Article 47.1. Accomplishment of the order of edition in special conditions
Accomplishment of the order of edition in special conditions assumes implementation by the employee of editorial office of professional activity in the territory of the Russian Federation on which martial law is imposed, in areas of fighting, armed conflicts and in the territory (object) of carrying out counter-terrorist operation, determined according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, in the foreign state determined by the Government of the Russian Federation which is in conditions of emergency state or in condition of armed conflict.
The editorial office which received the written consent of the employee to accomplishment of the order of edition in special conditions draws up this order in writing. In the order the employee who will carry out this order, and also information on actions which the employee for accomplishment of this order, about the place to which the employee, and about the term of accomplishment of this order goes shall make is specified.
In case of accomplishment of the order of edition in special conditions edition shall:
1) to provide and finance training of editorial office employees (the journalist and other editorial office employees rendering assistance to the journalist in case of accomplishment of the order of edition by it in special conditions) in security measures, to provide them with individual protection equipment with identification mark of "Press" ("Press");
