"2) implementation of government procurement at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) determined by the decree or the order of the President of the Russian Federation or in the cases established by orders of the President of the Russian Federation at the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) determined by the resolution or the order of the Government of the Russian Federation. In such legal acts the subject of the contract, deadline for which the contract is signed, obligation of the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) are specified to fulfill the contract obligations personally or opportunity to involve in execution of the contract of subcontractors, collaborators and the requirement to amount of execution by the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) of the contract obligations personally, and also the obligation of the customer can be determined to establish the requirement of ensuring execution of the contract. The procedure for preparation of drafts of such legal acts and orders and the list of the documents enclosed by preparation of the specified projects including reasons for the price of the contract, the stipulated in Article 22 presents of the Federal Law, are determined by the legal act of the President of the Russian Federation;".
This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
