About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the address of credit information and activities of credit bureaus"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 22, 2008 ZR-185-N "About the address of credit information and activities of credit bureaus" (further - the Law):
1. state Item 1.1 in the following edition:
"1. 1) Credit bureaus in the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" provide to the Commission on prevention of corruption credit information on the official persons customs applicants provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service" and persons which are part of their families from their consent based on the agreement signed between credit bureau and the Commission on prevention of corruption for the purpose of, stipulated in Item 2.1 parts 2 of this Article.
The procedure for transfer by credit bureaus of data of the Commission on prevention of corruption by means of electronic information system is established by the joint legal act of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia and the Commission.";
Item 2 of part 2.1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. 1) the analysis of declarations of the official persons customs applicants provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service" and persons which are part of their families according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Commission on prevention of corruption";".
