About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance No. 1593/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 18-19, 57), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part (4) Article 23 of the word "and), b) and d) Item 1" shall be replaced with words "and), b), d) and Item 1 d 1)".
2. To add Item 1 of appendix 2 with the subitem of d 1) of the following content:
"d 1) the physical persons performing independent activities in the field of retail trade, except for trade in excise goods;".
Art. II - In the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2018 No. 281/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 464-470, 806), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add the law with Article of 41 following contents:
"Art. 41. - The physical persons specified in subitem 1.9 applications 3, in terms, installed for transfer of fees of compulsory national social insurance shall be insured based on the individual agreement signed with National cash desk of social insurance.".
2. To add Item 1 of appendix 3 with subitem 1.9 of the following content:
