About modification of Rules of provision of services of mail service
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Rules of rendering services of mail service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2009 No. 270 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 23, Art. 750; 2014, No. 88, Art. 2521; 2016, No. 12, the Art. 511, No. 56, the Art. 1942), changes which are applied.

1. To add Item 2 after the paragraph of the twenty eighth with the new paragraph of such content:
"special case / box - case/box with means for prevention of unauthorized access which is established in the places determined by the operator of mail service for receipt of mailings by addressees in time, convenient for it;".
With respect thereto the twenty ninth - the thirty first to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the thirtieth - the thirty second.
2. In paragraph four of Item 3 of the word "the document with" shall be replaced with words "information from the document on".
