1. To add the subitem 3 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

to add the subitem 5 of Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:
"goods, works and services for the Ukrainian Antarctic station "Academician Vernadsky" and Ukrainian Antarctic expeditions;
the goods, works and services connected with construction and reconstruction of objects in the territory of the National Sofiyevka dendrology park of National academy of Sciences at the rate to 100 percent of their cost;".
