Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 2012 No. 152 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of physical culture, elite sport and reserve sport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 17, Art. 614; 2018, No. 14, the Art. 477) and of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 916; 2017, No. 78, the Art. 2397) changes which are applied.
