About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 752), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. To state the name of the law in the following edition:
"The law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies and the General inspectorate of carabineers".
2. In all text after words of the "law-enforcement bodies", except as specified, concerning law-enforcement bodies of the former USSR to add the law with the words "and General inspectorate of carabineers".
Art. II. - In the Law on national defense No. 345/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 200-203, 775), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word of "army of carabineers" shall be replaced with words "General inspectorate of carabineers" in the corresponding case.
2. Item b) parts (Article 24 to state 2) in the following edition:
"b) claims and changes general structure and number of staff of components of Armed forces according to the proposal of the President of the Republic of Moldova or the Government;".
3. Item i) parts (2) articles 25 after words of "The main command of Armed forces" to add with words ", except for the commander of the General inspectorate of carabineers".
4. Part (Article 31 to state 1) in the following edition:
