"18. The validity of the license can be extended within the terms established by decisions of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation and (or) Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation on deliveries of military products.
Prolongation of effective period of the license and (or) entering into it of other changes are performed based on the written motivated appeal of the organization applicant provided to Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation not later than five days before expiration of the license.
