Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2009 No. 381-FZ "About bases of state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 1, Art. 2; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7643; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4206; 2018, No. 1, Art. 71; No. 31, Art. 4861) following changes:

Article 2 to add 1) with Items 11 - 19 following contents:

"11) the goods marked by means of identification - goods on which means of identification with observance of requirements of this Federal Law and the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted according to it and authentic data about which (including data on the means of identification and (or) material carriers containing means of identification applied on them) contain in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods are applied, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification;

12) the goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification - the goods included in the list of the separate goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;

13) means of identification - the marking code in machine-readable form presented in barcode type, or which is written down on radio-frequency tag, or provided with use of other means (technology) of automatic identification;

14) marking code - the unique sequence of symbols consisting of code of identification and code of check;

15) identification code - the sequence of symbols representing unique number of copy of goods;
