About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In part (4-1) articles 21 of the Law on the Constitutional court No. 317/1994 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 8, the Art. 86), with subsequent changes, words "one complete term of office," shall be replaced with words "at least five years,".
