1. Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 (2001, No. 52, the Art. 2374) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with the paragraph of the following content:
"For performance of works on construction of Sports palace on Ulitsa Krasnoy Kaliny (within the public center on Sykhov), Sports palace on Ulitsa Pribugskaya, 5/1a, in. Khmelnytsky and the universal gym of sports complex of utility organization "Regional Specialized Children's and Youth Sports School of Olympic Reserve" of the Rivne regional council in the territory of Shpanovsky village council (near Ulitsa Makarova. Exactly), the sports palaces which are under construction with attraction of subvention of the government budget to local budgets on construction/reconstruction in 2018, customers can perform advance payment at the rate to 100 percent of works on the agreement (contract) for term no more than six months.".
