About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2011 No. 101

1. Bring in the Regulations on military accounting in the state security agencies approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2011 No. 101 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 15, 5/33239), the following changes and amendments:
in part three of Item 2 of the word "managements of Committee for State Security on areas" shall be replaced with words "managements of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus on areas, management of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus on the city of Minsk and the Minsk region";
in Item 5:
to exclude the word "persons liable for call-up" from the paragraph of the eighth;
add Item with the paragraph the thirteenth the following content:
"directed for statement to military accounting in military commissariat (separate division of military commissariat) at the place of residence according to part four of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About conscription and military service".";
in Item 7:
in paragraph three shall be replaced with words the word "UKGB" "state security agencies";
in paragraph four of the word "UKGB at the Place of Residence" and "(further - the passport)" to replace respectively with words of "state security agencies" and ", the car driver license with the right of vehicle control (in the presence)";
