About modification and amendments in the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the international automobile communication of March 20, 2006

being guided by Item 2 of article 15 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the international automobile communication of March 20, 2006 (further - the Agreement), and need of development of cooperation between the states of the Parties in the field of the international motor transportations of passengers,
agreed as follows:
Bring in the Agreement and the Executive Protocol on application of the Agreement (further - the Executive protocol) the following changes and amendments:
1. Preamble of the Agreement to state in the following edition:
"The government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan which further are referred to as with the Parties
being guided by need of further development of cooperation between the states of the Parties in the field of the international motor transportations of passengers and loads,
aiming to facilitate implementation of passenger and freight motor transportations between the states of the Parties, and also en route through their territories,
wishing to settle these questions on the basis of mutual assistance, cooperation and mutual advantage,
agreed as follows:".
2. Item 1 of Article 1 of the Agreement to state in the following edition:
"1. Provisions of this agreement are applied to the international motor transportations of passengers and loads between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, en route through their territories, to the transportations from/to the third countries performed by the vehicles registered in the territory of the state of one of the Parties.".
3. Items 1 and 2 of Article 2 of the Agreement to state in the following edition:
