About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 and of April 23, 2014 No. 117

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 "About approval of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, the Art. 2374) and of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 916; 2016, No. 88, Art. 2885; 2017, No. 100, the Art. 3067, the Art. 3253) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 and of April 23, 2014 No. 117

1. To add Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764, with the paragraph of the following content:

"For purchase of goods, works and services in designing and construction of the National memorial complex of Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan - the Museum of Revolution of Advantage customers can perform advance payment in the amount of 100 percent of their cost on agreements (contracts) for the term of no more than eight months.".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.12.2019 No. 1070.
