In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2018 the No. UP-5409 "About Measures for Further Reducing and Simplification of Licensed and Allowing Procedures in the field of Business Activity, and also to Improvement of Conditions of Business" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the chief of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights T. E. Ulzhayev.
