About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with formation of Public service of safety of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of reduction in regulatory framework compliance in connection with formation of Public service of safety of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the acting as the chairman of Public service of safety of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. H. Tashmatov.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 26, 1994 No. 38 "About the national compulsory insurance of the military personnel and persons liable for call-up, faces of the private and the commanding structure" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, No. 1, the Art. 6):
a) in Item 1:
to "Service of state security" to add paragraph two after words with words to "Public service of safety of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
third after the words "Service of State Security" to add the paragraph with the words "Public Service of Safety of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
