1. Bring in Regulations on application by the National commission performing the state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, corrective actions for violations of the law about financial services approved by the order of Natskomfinuslug of November 20, 2012 No. 2319, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 18, 2012 for No. 2112/22424, the following changes:
Item 1.1 of the Section I after paragraph two to add 1) with new paragraphs the third, fourth the following content:
"Regulations of this provision are not applied to the legal relationship arising according to the Laws of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" and "About licensing of types of economic activity".
