1. Approve Regulations on application by the National commission performing state regulation in the sphere of the markets of financial services, corrective actions for violation of the law about financial services which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid:

the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of May 13, 2004 No. 616 "About approval of changes to Regulations on application by State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of corrective actions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 27, 2004 for No. 672/9271;

Item 2 of the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of March 27, 2008 No. 416 "About approval of the Regulations on features of application of corrective actions in the form of discharge of management from management of financial institution and appointment of temporary administration and about modification of some regulatory legal acts", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 30, 2008 for No. 481/15172;

the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of October 8, 2009 No. 739 "About approval of Changes to Regulations on application by State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of corrective actions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 10, 2009 for No. 1193/17209.

3. Submit to legal department this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. To provide to the sector of public relations and the protocol promulgation of this order after its state registration.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
