According to Article 71 of the Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of protection of economic interests of Ukraine, strengthening of control of movement of energy carriers and other goods through customs border of Ukraine
I ORDER:
1. Approve the Inventory, customs control and which customs clearance according to Item 2 of this order are performed by divisions of Energy regional customs (further the List) it is applied.
2. Determine that customs control and customs clearance of the goods brought in the List which move through customs border of Ukraine with any purpose pipeline transport and power lines are performed by Energy regional customs.
The actual control (verification of indications of measuring devices, these documents of accounting, imposing of customs providing, carrying out control measurements, sampling and so forth) of the goods specified in paragraph one of this Item is performed by customs authorities in which zones of activities appropriate places (Items) of customs control of such goods, in accordance with the established procedure are located.
Customs control and customs clearance of the goods brought in the List which move through customs border of Ukraine (except movement for the purpose of transit) road, railway, sea (river) transport, are performed by Energy regional customs or other customs authority taking into account the features specified in subitems 2.1-2.9 of this Item.
